First FAMILY bike ride

Before I met my hubby, he was an AVID  mountain biker.  He would usually hit the trails 3-5 times a week!  Well, after getting married and being rundown by all of the responsibilities that come with a wife and child, the mountain biking, for a lack of a better term, went down the mountain.  I'm sad to say that Andrew had not been biking in YEARS.  Thanks to Santa, that has changed!  Evie got a BIG girl bike and Mommy Rebecca got a new women's comfort bike that she LOVES! On December 26th, we loaded the bikes in the back of the car, drove to a mild biking trail and took off on our first FAMILY biking outing.  It was SO much fun!  Evie needs to learn how to pick up her speed, but she did a fantastic job riding around the duck pond.  Andrew had a smile the entire time.  : )   It brought me so much joy to know that we were doing something that he LOVED and that we were able to do it together.  Here's to a new year of many more bike rides!  Off we go!
